My first new toy in a long, long, time. I came home from Books A Million to find my Wacom delivered to my front door. After I got over the fact that there was only one strip of packing tape, and it was coming off, I was elated. I got my Wacom, I got my Wacom. [...] Waiting for the mail Have I mentioned that I’m absolutely hooked on web stuff? I enjoy tinkering with various programs, learning how to build good sites, working with graphics, and all that. I have several sites in process. They’re fun for me. I hope when I get them up, they’ll be fun for others. And I [...] I’m having way too much from with Gimp. Gimp is the graphic software that works like Photoshop. And it’s free! I can’t stay off the computer. I scour the internet for Gimp tutorials. I spend hours working through them, creating, and recreating. Just what I needed – another habit. Well, at least this is a good [...] Bold undertaking here. I’m “teaching” myself all of the above. It’s slow going. Fortunately, I already had a better-than-basic grasp of HTML, or all of this would seem like a foreign language to me.
